Built the same as normal tools but with obsidian instead of diamond gold etc

Tier 2 Tools
Tier 2 tools are build the same as normal tools(including obsidian) with the exception that
you use refined bone instead of sticks

Tier 3 Tools
Tier 3 Tools are build the same way as normal tools(including obsidian) with the exception that
you use obsidian sticks instead of the normal sticks and the bottom right corner of the craft table
must feature the previous tiers tool example for a tier 3 diamond pick the bottom left corner item
will be a tier 2 diamond pick along with the original materials in place for a pick of tier 3 stature

Tier 4 Tools
Tier 4 Tools are build the same way as normal tools(including obsidian) with the exception that
you use refined blaze rods instead of the normal sticks and the bottom right corner of the craft table
must feature the previous tiers tool example for a tier 4 diamond pick the bottom left corner item
will be a tier 4 diamond pick along with the original materials in place for a pick of tier 4 stature

Literally armor made of obsidian you shouldn't need a recipe
